Shipping Information:
- Shipping is at a standard rate of R100 for anywhere in Gauteng and R120 for the rest of South Africa.
- Standard delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days. However, there could be certain periods (ie: over Black Friday) where delivery timeframes are extended.
- Shipping is currently handled between the TK Care team and The Courier Guy
- Once we have shipped your product, we will hand over to The Courier Guy team and you will be able to track the delivery process through the tracking details provided to you via email.
- We only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa.
Delivery Procedure:
- Deliveries will be made to your specified address by The Courier Guy.
- You must present a valid form of identification for verification purposes until receipt of delivery and you will be requried to sign the delivery note for receipt confirmation.
- If you notice any issues with the package upon delivery, you can:
- Accept the package, making a note of the damage on the courier’s delivery note, which both you and the courier will sign.
- Reject the delivery, clearly stating the reason on the waybill, again signed by both parties.
Policy Changes and Service Refusal:
TK Care reserves the right to adjust this policy, cancel orders, or suspend customer accounts if necessary.
